Congratulations on taking the first step in recovering your bank charges.
There's nothing to fear or worry about. We are here every step of the way, guiding you through the steps required to recover your charges.
The menu's on the right hand side of your sceen will change interactively as you progress through your claim, to provide you with help and assistance at every stage.
Here are the three stages you will complete to recovering your charges.
You will notice a new menu has opened on the right hand side of the page called Your Bank Claim. Simply click on each item as you progress through your claim.
Your Bank Claim menu, will stay on the page, so that you can go back, or read forward at any time.
It's time to get started, so why not click on the Charge Details item and we'll show you how easy it is to get the details of all the charges your bank have taken from you.
